Listing tool API guide

POST /v1/listing-description writes a listing description from your facts with an AI model. No account or API key is required. Price: $0 per description. Quota: 3 per IP per UTC day. No paid overage. Provider cost per description is recorded on each draft.

Send JSON with facts, property_type and style. Include a unique Idempotency-Key header (8–100 letters, numbers, underscores or hyphens). Retrying the same key and input returns the same result without using another draft that day.

Responses: 200 draft; 400 invalid input; 409 reused key with different facts; 429 daily cap; 503 unavailable. Quota responses include X-RateLimit-Limit, X-RateLimit-Remaining and X-RateLimit-Reset. A 429 includes Retry-After in seconds.
